My name is Catrin and I am a qualified British Nordic Walking instructor and a member of the International Nordic Walking Federation. I first experienced Nordic Walking after a shift in my mindset post pandemic. On a personal level, I wanted to try something new and be outdoors more. Being a keen skier and walker, Nordic Walking seemed a logical option to try- and I absolutely loved it. In January 2022, Nordicymru was born!
